Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider the following factors when reviewing refund requests:
Initial Consultation Period
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of engagement, we will work with you to either adjust the scope of services or provide a prorated refund for unused services.
Service Delivery Issues
If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services or meet contractual obligations, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Completed Services
Services that have been completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon scope are generally not eligible for refunds. However, we will address any quality concerns promptly.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
- 30+ Days Notice: Full refund of any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered
- 15-29 Days Notice: 50% refund of prepaid fees for services not yet rendered
- Less than 15 Days: No refund, but we will work to complete any in-progress deliverables
Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving any concerns through open communication and mutual understanding. If you have any issues with our services:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- We will schedule a meeting within 48 hours to address the issue
- We will propose a resolution plan within 5 business days
- If needed, we will involve a neutral third party for mediation
